Campers and staff must meet state and local guidelines before attending camp. A Health History Form needs to be submitted from a licensed health care provider which will include a recent physical (within the last 18 months) along with allergies and any activity restrictions if applicable. In addition, see below for required immunizations and more information.

At this time, The Chestnut Hill School Summer Camp is unable to offer financial aid to non-CHS students.

Yes!

• Early Drop-Off from 7:45 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. and/or
• Extended Day until 5:45 p.m.

Morning and afternoon activities include playground, art, gym activities, and/or free swim (extended day only).

Lunches and Snacks

The Chestnut Hill School is a "Nut-Free/Aware" campus. Please click here for a message from our Nurse.

The Chestnut Hill School Summer Camp provides ......

• A 2nd snack at 2:45 daily (M-F)
• Friday lunches (BBQ, Pizza, and /or Pasta)
• Snacks and Lunches are nut free and include gluten free, kosher, vegetarian options

Families should provide...

• A 1st snack at 10:45 (Mondays - Thursdays); camp will provide both lunch and all snacks on Friday
• Monday - Thursday, campers bring their own lunches with an ice pack, if needed, or purchase a lunch through our new vendor LunchBox Caterers.  see below
• Lunch provided option - Families may choose to enroll with LunchBox Caterers and purchase a lunch to be delivered to camp one or more days per week (Mondays-Thursdays). More information and menus will be provided to our registered families during our monthly announcements and reminder email blasts

Birthday Celebrations! Campers who are with us for their birthday will have popsicles (provided by camp) with their entire "homeroom" group at either the morning or afternoon snack. For safety reasons, families are not permitted to bring in birthday treats to share with the campers.

Our campus is a nut aware campus. We ask all staff and campers to refrain from bringing any nut products on-site. Lunches and snacks will be monitored by staff. We will have substitute nut-free snacks available for those campers who may accidentally bring in any nut products.  Any nut products will be packed up and sent home with a friendly reminder notice from our camp nurse.

Absolutely!  You are welcome to make friendship requests for your camper on the Camper Questionnaire. The friend must be entering the same grade and admitted to the same session as your child in order for us to place them together (late requests may not be honored). Please register early to guarantee space.
