Summer 2025 Registration Opens on Monday, December 2nd!
"Early Bird" registration discount available until Monday, January 6th. When registering, use the CampBrain Registration button above.
- Returning families may log in with their existing CampBrain account and password.
- New families will need to log in and create a CampBrain account before registering.
Families may register for one or more of our four summer camp sessions including our new Taste of Summer Camp (see more information below):
- Taste of Summer: Choice of dates (June 12-18)***
- Session I: June 23-July 3*
- Session II: July 7 - July 18
- Session III: July 21-August 1
- Session IV: August 4-August 15**
*No camp on Friday, July 4th | **Early release day on Friday, August 15th.
***New Pre-Summer Camp Option - Taste of CHS Summer Camp is available for campers entering Kindergarten through Grade 6 in the Fall of 2025. Taste of Summer provides families with the option of enrolling in one or more days during the weeks following the end of the school year and prior to the start of The CHS Summer Camp. Click here for more details and our Taste of Summer Flyer. Sample schedules will be available soon.
We encourage families to register early to secure their spot(s) as we have a limited number of spaces per age group per session and for the Taste of Summer Camp.
Important 2025 Dates
- Monday, December 2nd - Registration Opens
- Monday, January 6th - "Early Bird" Registration Ends
- Monday, March 24th - Enrollment Change Deadline
- Monday, April 7th - Tuition* and Camper Forms Due
*Tuition is automatically processed on the credit card on file unless a payment plan is set up.
Registration Policies / Information
- A deposit of $125 per session is required at time of registration. Deposits are not required for any session(s) for which your child is on the waiting list.
- All withdrawals and enrollment changes are due by March 24th.
- Prior to April 7th, if enrollment is withdrawn completely, fees already paid (less the deposit) will be refunded. For partial withdrawals, prior to April 6th, fees already paid including deposit(s) are applied to the remaining balance.
- After April 7th, refunds are not given for reduced enrollment, withdrawals, or absences.
- All requests for changes in enrollment must be submitted via email to azomer@tchs.org.
- Full tuition payments are due by Monday, April 7th, and will be processed automatically.
- Payment plans are available and equal installments will be charged to the credit card on file (on the first of every month or the business day prior) from the time of registration up to Monday, June 2nd.
- Registrations, with confirmed space, received after April 7th must be paid in full at the time of registration. Deposit and tuition are not required to be placed on a waitlist.

- A Health History Form along with MA required Immunization documentation must be on file before attending camp; see FAQ's page for more information and a list of the MA required immunizations.
