2026 Dates, Hours, FeeS & Discounts

Summer 2026 Registration Opens on Monday, December 1st!

Priority and "Early Bird" registration discount available until Friday, December 19th. When registering, use the CampBrain Registration button above.

  • Returning families may log in with their existing CampBrain account and password.
  • New families will need to log in and create a CampBrain account before registering.

Families may register for one or more of our four summer camp sessions including our pre camp Taste of Summer (more information below):

  • Taste of Summer: June 15th, 16th, 17th and/or 18th
  • Session I: June 22-July 2*
  • Session II: July 6 - July 17
  • Session III: July 20-July 31
  • Session IV: August 3-August 14**

*No camp on Friday, July 3rd | **Early release day on Friday, August 14th.

Taste of Summer Details:

  • Grade Levels: Pk - Grade 6 (Fall of 2026)
  • Program Hours: 9:00-3:15
  • Early Morning and Extended Available
  • Fees: See Dates, Hours and Fees above
  • Free swim and trip (upper camp) option
  • Daily art, science, movement & games and sport offerings

Important 2026 Dates

  • Monday, December 1st - Registration Opens
  • Friday, December 19th - "Early Bird" Registration Ends
  • Monday, March 23rd - Enrollment Changes Deadline
  • Monday, March 30th - Tuition* and Camper Forms Due

*Tuition is automatically processed on the credit card on file unless a payment plan is set up. Email azomer@tchs.org for more information and/or to set up a payment plan.

Registration Policies / Information

  • A deposit of $125 per session is required at time of registration.  Deposits are not required for any session(s) for which your child is on the waiting list.
  • All withdrawals and enrollment changes are due by March 23rd.
  • Prior to March 23rd, if enrollment is withdrawn completely, fees already paid (less the deposit) will be refunded.  For partial withdrawals, prior to March 23rd, fees already paid including deposit(s) are applied to the remaining balance.
  • After March 23rd, refunds are not given for reduced enrollment, withdrawals, or absences.
  • All requests for changes in enrollment must be submitted via email to azomer@tchs.org.
  • Full tuition payments are due by Monday, March 30th, and will be processed automatically.
  • Payment plans are available and equal installments will be charged to the credit card on file (on the first of every month or the business day prior) from the time of registration up to Monday, June 1st.
  • Registrations, with confirmed space, received after March 23rd, must be paid in full at the time of registration. Deposit and tuition are not required to be placed on a waitlist.

  • A Health History Form along with MA required Immunization documentation must be on file before attending camp; see FAQ's page for more information and a list of the MA required immunizations.
