Beginners & Pre-K Afternoon Program

Staffed by the classroom teachers and associates, an optional afternoon program, in both Beginners and Pre-K, provides a developmentally appropriate balance of structured, theme-based activities, an opportunity for free play, a lunch break (students bring their lunch or order from Smart Lunches; milk is provided) and a rest period.

This program is available from one to four days a week (Monday through Thursday 11:50 a.m.-3:00 p.m.).  To maintain the quality and consistency of this program, and based on the age of the students, we are not able to offer “drop-in” for this program.

Below are the afternoon schedules for each grade, as well as the activity focus for each day.  On occasion, teachers may alter the schedule in response to the needs of the group or to accommodate special activities.
