Applying to CHS
The Chestnut Hill School Admissions team strives to make the application process accessible and manageable for all families interested in joining our community.

Steps to Apply
1. Submit an Application Form
Complete the application form in Ravenna and submit the $55 application fee. This must be completed prior to steps 2 and 3.
The deadline for decisions by March 7th is January 14th, 2025. Later applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
2. Parent/Guardian Interview
Interviews are conducted on Zoom. You can register on Ravenna or email admissions@tchs.org. All guardians are encouraged to attend.
3. Submit Required Documents and Complete Assessments
Deadline: January 31, 2025
4. Decisions
In accordance with AISNE guidelines, admissions decisions for applications received prior to our January deadline will be released on March 7, 2025 through the Ravenna Hub Portal.
Applications will be accepted after the deadline if space is available in a grade, and will be considered on a rolling basis.
