Registration Instructions
Return the registration form (on-line or download) along with a deposit of $300 per child. You will be sent a confirmation letter along with a camper questionnaire, and a tuition bill within 10 days of our receipt of your registration. Please feel free to call to check on the status of your child if you do not receive a letter within two weeks. A complete registration includes: Registration Form and Deposit of $300 (full tuition if received after March 1)
Deadlines
Returning (from 2009) and Chestnut Hill School Families
Priority registration until December 31, 2009. Application received after this date will be processed along with new camp families in the order in which they are received.
New Camp Families
New families may send their registration form in at any time. We begin registering new campers on January 4, 2010 and registrations will be processed in the order in which they are received.
