This week the CHS community came together in the Community Meeting Room to share some of the unique ways our CHS families celebrate what's near and dear to their families during this Holiday Season.

Over a potluck dinner that featured many ethnic dishes, families celebrated the Festival of Lights by enjoying several presentations from CHS families. Community members learned about Chanukah and the significance of the Menorah, Kwanzaa, the Korean and Chinese New Year celebrations, holiday traditions from Greece and Argentina, and heard about one of the largest Hindu festivals, "The Festival of Lights". The celebration was hosted by the Multicultural Forum.
