CHS has been a community committed to preparing intellectually skilled, thoughtful and confident learners and leaders. This commitment embodies the very best of who we are as a primary school and can be traced back to the School’s earliest days. In order to maintain a high level of excellence, we rely on a number of resources – tuition and auxiliary programs -- to provide CHS with the necessary funds to support the priorities of the School. Though tuition and auxiliary programs covers a majority of our operating expenses, only a small portion of our annual operating costs is funded through fundraising efforts. Our goal is to reduce tuition dependency by growing both the Annual Fund and the Endowment to enable a steady stream of working capital.
When you support both the annual fund and endowment, it ensures the best possible education beyond what tuition provides. But more importantly, our community gives out of gratitude and appreciation for the education that our children receive. When our community gives, we create a legacy that lives on.
Every gift counts
CHS is grateful to enjoy a culture of giving that helps our school grow and flourish year after year. Your support at all levels of giving shows your commitment and belief in the school and the mission. Our goal this year is to raise $700,000 and build a tradition of 100% participation by parents, faculty, staff, and the Board of Trustees – and increasing participation by alumni, alumni parents, and grandparents. We hope you will join us. We appreciate each and every gift at a level that is meaningful to you.
