Tuition Due Dates

Standard Payment Plan

• July 15: 50% of year’s tuition less deposit paid
• November 15: 25% of year’s tuition
• February 15: 25% of year’s tuition

Monthly Payment Plan

• February: Open enrollment in monthly payment plan begins
• June 30: Final date for enrolling in monthly payment plan
• February 1: Final payment due for all monthly payment plans -- all remaining balances with the administrating company (Sallie Mae or Key Bank) must be paid in full

Advance Payment

Only plan for which credit card payment is accepted; MasterCard or Visa must be presented in person

• July 1: 100% of year’s tuition less deposit paid if paying by credit card

Tuition Insurance

The Chestnut Hill School encourages families to purchase tuition insurance. The cost for this insurance is 0.75% of the student’s full tuition and is included on each student’s June billing statement. Families wishing to decline the insurance may do so by submitting a signed waiver of coverage to the school’s business office by September 1.
