Tuition Due Dates
Standard Payment Plan
- July 15: 50% of year’s tuition less deposit paid
- November 15: 25% of year’s tuition
- February 15: 25% of year’s tuition
Monthly Payment Plan
- February: Open enrollment in monthly payment plan begins
- June 30: Final date for enrolling in monthly payment plan
- February 1: Final payment due for all monthly payment plans -- all remaining balances with the administrating company (Sallie Mae or First Marblehead) must be paid in full

If enrolling in the Monthly Payment Plan:
- Before 5/1: Pay your enrollment fee when you register. Your first payment will be due 5/1.
- From 5/1 - 5/31: Pay your enrollment fee and May payment when you register.
- From 6/1 - 6/30: Pay your enrollment fee and May and June payments when you register.
Advance Payment
Advance payment is the only plan for which credit card payment is accepted. We accept MasterCard and Visa only, and the card must be presented in person.
- July 1: 100% of year’s tuition less deposit paid if paying by credit card
- July 15: 100% of year’s tuition less deposit paid if paying by check

Tuition Insurance
The Chestnut Hill School encourages families to purchase tuition insurance. The cost for this insurance is 0.75% of the student’s full tuition and is included on each student’s June billing statement. Families wishing to decline the insurance may do so by submitting a signed waiver of coverage to the school’s business office by September 1.
